Terms and conditions for lodging information online

You may use this system for lodging information with the Registrar if you are a registered director, secretary or directors’ delegate.

If directors delegate to a person who is not a director or secretary to lodge information online, they must put their authorisation in writing. One of ORIC’s templates is for directors to delegate to a person to lodge information online.

If you lodge information online, we will assume that:

• you have agreed to these terms and conditions
• any information you submit is authorised by the directors.

As a user of this system for online lodgement it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. If you believe someone else has access to it, reset your password immediately.
